For appointments exceeding 3 hours, we charge a reservation fee of 500 DKK.
This reservation fee will be deducted from the final invoice at the end of your treatment.

The price varies depending on your hair
The price of our permanent hair straightening treatment varies depending on the time and amount of product required.
Extra long, thick, or very dry hair may take longer and require more product – therefore, a surcharge may be added. The length of the hair is assessed when it is straightened.
Surcharge for extra time and product
If the treatment requires extra time or product, this will be charged separately:
650 DKK per started extra hour
100 DKK per 10 ml of additional product
Haircut Policy for for Straightening Treatments
A free trim (2-3 cm) is included in all straightening treatments.
This trim is done in a straight line to tidy and even out the ends after your hair has been straightened.
If you would like a full haircut – including layers, shaping, or bangs adjustment – an additional fee will be charged based on our standard haircut prices.
For the best possible and most durable outcome, it’s important to understand your hair’s unique characteristics.
A consultation ensures the treatment is perfectly suited to you and allows us to provide a more accurate estimate of price and duration, as we can clearly assess the length, thickness, and texture of your hair.
Consultations are free if you book the treatment within 24 hours and only take 15 minutes.
If you choose not to proceed with the treatment, the consultation costs only 200 DKK.
Practical Information for the Consultation
We kindly ask you to arrive with freshly washed hair – preferably washed the day before.
Your hair should be blow-dried without the use of straighteners, styling products, or any other form of styling.
It’s important that we see your natural hair texture so we can accurately assess your hair and determine the right treatment for you.

Chronology Deep Hydration

- Capable of scanning the hair structure and replenishing the fiber according to the hair’s need. Develops strength, nourishment and mass increase in the right way to keep hair healthy for longer.
- For appointments exceeding 3 hours, we require a reservation fee of 500 DKK. This fee will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your treatment.

If you need to downgrade, cancel, or reschedule your booking, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice, otherwise 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
For appointments longer than 3 hours, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice, otherwise 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day (or after 7:00 PM the day before), we will charge 100% of the value of the booked service.
If you do not show up for your appointment or you cancel at the last minute (1 hour before the appointment), we will charge 100% of the value of the booked service.
Cancellations must be made by phone at 91 43 53 89 and only during our opening hours:
Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
We do not accept cancellations via SMS, Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram.
If you wish to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you can also use our online booking system.
For all appointments lasting longer than 3 hours, a reservation fee of 500 DKK is required. This fee will be deducted from your final invoice at the end of your treatment.
Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable for all bookings.
The fee can, by agreement, be transferred to a new booking, but only twice. After that, the fee will be forfeited.
In case of no-show, the full amount for the booked treatment will be charged.
For clients who have already paid a reservation fee of 500 DKK, the following conditions apply when rescheduling an appointment:
You may reschedule up to two times.
The new appointment must be within one month of the original appointment.
If the new desired date is more than one month after the original appointment, the paid fee is no longer valid.
In such cases, a new reservation fee must be paid to secure a new time slot.
Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
Refunds are not offered, and complaints are not accepted.
If a fee is not paid, we do not accept bookings for future appointments.
We reserve the right to choose our own clients and to refuse service to those who do not demonstrate appropriate behavior.
