Booking Changes

If you need to downgrade, cancel, or reschedule your booking, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice, otherwise 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

For appointments longer than 4 hours, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice, otherwise 100% of the treatment price will be charged.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day (or after 7:00 PM the day before), we will charge 100% of the value of the booked service.

If you do not show up for your appointment or you cancel at the last minute (1 hour before the appointment), we will charge 100% of the value of the booked service.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

Cancellations must be made by phone at 91 43 53 89 and only during our opening hours:

Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

We do not accept cancellations via SMS, Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram.

If you wish to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you can also use our online booking system.

Reservation Fee

For all appointments lasting longer than 4 hours, a reservation fee of 500 DKK is required. This fee will be deducted from your final invoice at the end of your treatment.

Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable for all bookings.

The fee can, by agreement, be transferred to a new booking, but only twice. After that, the fee will be forfeited.

In case of no-show, the full amount for the booked treatment will be charged.

Rescheduling Appointments with a Reservation Fee

For clients who have already paid a reservation fee of 500 DKK,
the following conditions apply when rescheduling an appointment:

You may reschedule up to two times.



The new appointment must be within one month of the original appointment.

If the new desired date is more than one month after the original appointment, the paid fee is no longer valid.

In such cases, a new reservation fee must be paid to secure a new time slot.

Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

If a fee is not paid, we do not accept bookings for future appointments.

We reserve the right to choose our own clients and to refuse service to those
who do not demonstrate appropriate behavior.
