Yes, it is possible to change a booking under the following circumstances:
- If you need to DOWNGRADE, CANCEL, or RESCHEDULE your booking, we kindly ask you to provide us with 24 hours’ notice. For appointments longer than 2 hours, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice.
- If you CANCEL or RESCHEDULE a booking on the same day as the appointment (or after 7:00 PM the day before), we will charge 50% of the value of your ordered service.
- If you FAIL TO SHOW UP for your appointment or CANCEL AT THE LAST MOMENT (1 hour before the appointment), we will charge 100% of the value of your ordered service.
- If a fee is not paid, we do not accept bookings for future appointments.

Beauty Factory is open from Tuesday to Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM.
On Saturdays, we are open from 10 AM to 2 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Booking Changes

- If you DON’T SHOW UP for your appointment, or you CANCEL LAST MINUTE (1 hour before appointment) we will charge 100% of your appointments value.
- If the fee is not paid, we will block the customer from booking future appointments.
and to dismiss the ones that does not present an adequate behavior.

Begge Melania og Lorand viser ders talent indenfor deres område, de er meget professionelt, imødekommende, og giver fantastisk service.
